Tankless water heaters are an excellent investment for the right home. Steady, on-demand hot water, lower energy costs, and a much longer lifespan than a tank unit.
The catch is that tankless systems are unforgiving of bad installation. We size them properly, install them to code, and explain the maintenance schedule clearly so you actually get the lifespan you paid for.

A water heater that gets regular service can easily outlast its warranty by years. Skip that maintenance and you’ll be shopping for a replacement well before you should be.
